Elijah : Down Syndrome

Meet Elijah! He is silly, stubborn, and brings so much life and joy his family. He gives the best hugs and never leaves without a goodbye! He is a lucky guy to have sweet brothers and sisters to explore new places and meet new friends together.
Elijah was born at 34 weeks gestation with down syndrome and a heart defect. He had open heart surgery at 3 months and again at 2 years old. His heart is currently doing well. His family could’t be more thankful for the amazing team of doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped Elijah thrive.
